Vulnerability Disclosure Guidelines for Radiant.Life

Radiant Life is committed to maintaining the highest level of security for our systems and the protection of user data. We value the contribution of security researchers and others who identify potential vulnerabilities in our platforms. To foster a collaborative approach to security, we have established the following guidelines for responsible vulnerability disclosure.

1. Scope of Testing

  • Testing should focus exclusively on Radiant Life's owned and operated systems, applications, and data.
  • Actions or tests that could disrupt services for users or interfere with data integrity should be avoided.

2. Responsible Disclosure

  • Report discovered vulnerabilities directly and privately to Radiant.Life. Avoid publicly disclosing or discussing the vulnerability before it is resolved.
  • Please include detailed information about the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce the issue, any relevant URLs, screenshots, and a description of the potential impact.

3. Safe Harbor Provision

  • When testing and reporting in good faith, Radiant.Life agrees not to initiate legal action against you. Unauthorized access, data extraction, or any malicious action outside the scope of responsible disclosure is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal recourse.

4. Avoid Specific Actions

  • No access to user data: Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting user data without explicit permission.
  • No denial-of-service attacks: Do not perform tests that could result in downtime or loss of service to users.
  • No social engineering: Do not attempt phishing or other social engineering tactics against Radiant Life or its staff.

5. Submission Process

  • Submit all vulnerability reports via email to kahangileona@gmail.com.
  • Radiant.Life will acknowledge receipt of your report within five business days and provide updates on the status of the vulnerability resolution.

6. Recognition and Thanks

  • Radiant.Life may publicly acknowledge individuals who responsibly disclose vulnerabilities, pending permission.
  • Radiant.Life currently does not offer monetary rewards; however, responsible disclosures are highly appreciated and contribute to a safer community for all.

7. Legal Considerations

  • Radiant Life reserves the right to take appropriate action against malicious actors who exploit vulnerabilities or fail to follow responsible disclosure practices.

By adhering to these guidelines, you help make Radiant Life a more secure environment for all. Thank you for your dedication to responsible security practices.
